News at the NCATP

• 1/10/2008 - update from the November awards banquet

  - several items were proposed and discussed

  • approved to add the May Farms event as a regular season schedule for 2nd wk of Oct

  • it was declined to add the Boulder Fair pull as a regular event

  • a RULE change approved to allow Div I tractors with a manufacture date later than 1952 if the original model release for that tractor was 1952 or earlier.  example: a 1953 IH model H since the H was released prior to 1952

  • RULE change approved to restrict Doubletree pulls to only DIV I or DIV II tractors

  • RULE change approved to restrict DIV I hitch height to 16" and length as measure from axle to 24"

  - other items:

  • Eddie Holloway will donate a John Deere B to be raffled off.  Raffle tickets costs are $10 each or 3 for $25.  The Raffle results will be announced at the May Farms Pull in October 2008.  Details on the tractor will be posted later, s/n, etc.
